Manager, Assurance (Banking, Audit, CBD)

Key Responsibilities Plan, scope and oversee projects to ensure goals, timelines and budget requirements are met. Apply strong risk management knowledge and consistently deliver high-quality outputs. Lead, guide and mentor junior team members in their work. Engage and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external parties. Develop a clear understanding of client challenges and manage expectations by translating needs into well-balanced, high-quality deliverables. Address client requirements by bringing the firm’s relevant expertise into discussions and proactively identifying opportunities to propose additional services.Requirements Professional accounting qualifications. 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Audit. Background in statutory and regulatory audits for Banking clients. Strong knowledge of IFRS/SFRS and SAS/ISA; familiarity with US GAAP is an advantage. Excellent project management abilities and strong teamwork capabilities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders. Demonstrated understanding of commercial issues affecting the asset management sector.
