We’re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!We are looking for a Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Client Estate Management (CEM) Work Dynamics team.Role SummaryThe primary objective of the role is to be responsible for accounts payable activities and reporting to the clients. Facilitating payment of vendors, which may include verification of invoices, reviewing regular charges and resolving discrepancies.What This Job InvolvesEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPayments preparationVerification and posting of invoicesPreparation of reportsProviding support during internal and external auditsCooperation with external clients (including query resolution and account reconciliations)Cooperation with the Data Management, Accounts Receivable and Estate Management TeamsAdditional Duties And ResponsibilitiesPerforming other duties as required to support AP Department and the Work Dynamics Estate Management team. Team WorkAttend regular meetings with finance and surveyors as needed to resolve issues and ensure client needs are met. Build strong working relationships with portfolio finance team, estate managers and other related teams. Support senior management in creating an industry leading Client Estate Management (CEM) team, which is considered a ‘Centre of Excellence’ both internally and externally. RequirementsDesired skills and experience for this job At least 1 year experience working within an Accounts Payable team. Relevant University degree in Economics, Accounting, FinanceFluent English in speaking and writing is a mustWorking knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook requiredKnowledge of Horizon system would be advantageousSkillsGood interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to details and have very good organisational skillsReliable and committedMust be flexible and able to work under pressure, multi-task and effectively prioritise. Organised, with attention to detail and able to work to tight deadlines. Able to use own initiative to resolve day- to- day issues.
