Bridgestone and its subsidiaries develop, manufacture and market a wide range of Bridgestone, Firestone and associate brand products and solutions to address the needs of a broad range of customers and industries.About The RoleJob PurposeYou will be responsible for executing accounting operations related to customer payments, financial documentation, and reporting. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality service, compliance with internal controls, and contribute to process improvements and internal projects.Responsibilities:Issuing financial documents (invoices, credit notes, debit notes)Posting incoming payments and resolving unallocated cash itemsPreparing outgoing payments to customersReconciling customer accountsPreparing and analyzing various financial reportsEnsuring high quality of performed tasksSupporting process improvements and automation initiativesParticipating in internal projectsEnsuring compliance with internal controls and J-SOX rulesQualifications & Experience RequiredEducation, Master, other certification:Relevant secondary education (e.g. Economics Technical School or post-secondary accounting training)Experience:Experience in accounting operations preferred but not requiredTechnical Skills:Good MS Office skillsKnowledge of SAP ERP package is a plusLanguages Skills:Fluent EnglishAdditional European language is an assetSoft/Behavioral Skills:Understanding of accounting principlesHigh level of customer service and communication skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasksAnalytical thinking and attention to detailWhat We OfferAt Bridgestone, what really matter is to foster co-creation opportunities and empowering you to be creative and curious to make mobility safer, more efficient, and more sustainable for future generations.
