Accounts Payable Team Lead

We are expanding our Finance team and looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Team Lead to join us in driving financial excellence and operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesSupervise the Accounts Payable (AP) team (2–3 members) and ensure accurate, timely payments.Manage and monitor cash flow planning (Cash Plan) and payment schedules.Review and validate invoices, contracts, and payment documents for compliance and accuracy.Ensure all transactions comply with Vietnamese tax regulations (VAT, CIT, WHT).Coordinate with internal departments and external partners (suppliers, banks, auditors) for smooth payment operations.Continuously review and improve AP processes to enhance efficiency and complianceQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing.4+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in Accounts Payable or supervisory roles.Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and invoice management.Experience with SAP / ERP systems is a strong advantage.English proficiency for reading contracts and communicating with partners.High attention to detail, integrity, and leadership mindset.
