Chief Accountant

WE ARE HIRING – CHIEF ACCOUNTANT📍 Location: UOA Tower, 6 Tan Trao, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City 🕒 Working hours: Monday – Friday | 08:30 AM – 05:30 PMWHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGManage and supervise the accounting department:Assign, monitor, and evaluate accountants’ performance.Develop and implement policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with laws and effective operations.Ensure accuracy of accounting records:Perform and check transactions related to payments, receipts, inventory, sales, banking, receivables, payables, bookkeeping, and document filing; handle arising issues.Review accounting processes to ensure timely completion, compliance with current State regulations, and suitability for each stage of the company’s development.Control costs, revenues, profit and loss, inventory, and debts.Prepare and analyze financial reports:Prepare business performance reports, financial statements, and other required reports.Analyze financial data to assess business performance and the efficiency of capital usage.Tax settlement & work with Tax authorities and Banks:Prepare and review monthly tax declarations, annual financial statements, and annual tax settlement dossiers as required.Represent the company in working with tax authorities, explain issues related to taxation, tax refunds, and other administrative procedures.Work with banks to provide operational funding for the company.WHO WE'RE LOOKING FORBachelor’s degree in Finance – Accounting and at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).Good communication in English or Chinese.Thorough knowledge of tax laws, accounting laws, and financial accounting principles/standards.Knowledge of corporate finance and legal regulations regarding business operations.Enthusiastic, responsible, and honest.Open-minded, eager to learn and self-develop.Good communication skills and flexibility.WHAT YOU'LL GET13th-month salary bonus.Full participation in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance as regulated by law.PVI health insurance.Participation in team building, New Year party, and company events.A young, dynamic, and flexible working environment.Employee discount on company products.📩 APPLY NOW & GROW WITH US!Submit your CV via LinkedIn or send via email ducdat.dao@o-tech.com.vnFor more information, please contact: 0902.835.580Ready to take their first step into the world of e-commerce and digital marketing 🚀#OTechcareers #ExploreTheFutureTogether
