Chief Accountant – Manufacturing Industry (New Factory Setup)A newly established foreign-invested manufacturing company in Phu My 3 Industrial Park (near Vung Tau, HCMC area) is seeking an experienced Chief Accountant to lead the accounting setup and ensure strong financial management from the very beginning.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all financial reporting.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; analyze performance vs. budget.Handle cash flow, AR/AP, investment, and financial risk management.Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations.Liaise with tax authorities for VAT refund and finalization procedures.Advise management on key financial and tax matters; support strategic decisions.Manage and develop accounting staff, and participate in building the accounting system from scratch.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting/Finance.Chief Accountant Certificate (Mandatory).At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a manufacturing company.Strong knowledge of accounting, tax, and internal control in Vietnam.Fluent English communication.Honest, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.Preferably living in or near Vung Tau area.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: up to 45,000,000 VND (Gross)Bonus: 13th-month salary + annual review in AprilAllowances: Lunch, transportation, and language allowanceCompany bus available from Vung Tau cityWorking hours: -Construction phase: Mon–Fri (8:00–17:00) -Production phase: Mon–Sat (8:00–17:00)Probation: 2 months at 85% salaryAbout the CompanyThis company is a Japanese-invested manufacturer producing high-purity polycrystalline silicon for the semiconductor industry.It is part of a global group among the world’s top suppliers in this field, now establishing a new production base in Vietnam with plans to expand its workforce to 350 employees.Application PeriodInterviews expected: Nov–Dec 2025Start date: Dec 2025 or Jan 2026📩 If you are an experienced accounting leader looking to take on a key role in a new factory setup, please apply or message us directly for more details.
