What we are looking for:We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Post Representation Department. This role is crucial for ensuring successful claim closures, managing payment processes for Quikaid, and helping clients navigate the approval process and subsequent steps. The ideal candidate will handle communication with Social Security employees, resolve fee distribution issues, guide clients through post-approval procedures, and process documents to ensure accurate calculations and smooth transitions.Responsibilities:Regularly liaise with Social Security Administration employees to ensure that representative fees are processed and distributed in a timely manner. Use a solution-oriented mindset to identify and resolve any issues related to the distribution of fees to Quikaid. Communicate effectively with clients after their claim is approved to guide them through the next steps. Provide clear explanations of the process, assist them in understanding what to expect, and ensure a seamless transition with the Social Security Administration.Manage and process all documents related to SSI/SSDI approvals. This includes verifying the accuracy of paperwork, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and maintaining organized records for review and follow-up.Accurately calculate expected backpay and fees related to approved claims. Ensure that the Social Security Administration accurately calculates benefits, backpay, and fees. Review calculations for correctness, address any discrepancies, and work with Social Security to resolve any issues.The pay range for this position is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with raises given annually to strong performers. Starting pay is dependent on candidate qualifications, work experience, and skillset.This is a full-time position with a Monday - Friday, 9:00AM – 5:00PM schedule. This is a work from home position, but you must be a resident of and currently reside in Florida.Qualifications:Experience in a professional environment, such as a law firm, insurance company, or medical practice.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to address client needs and challenges.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.Moderate to advanced-level mathematical ability, including utilizing mathematical skills to accurately manage accounts receivable. Apply these skills to ensure precise financial reporting and effective resolution of discrepancies.Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute (typingtest.com can be used for self-assessment).Intermediate to advanced-level computer literacy, including the ability to multitask by talking on the phone while entering information into a proprietary case management system.Possesses excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor when communicating with clients over the phone.A team player who works well as part of a team, and who is also self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.Technology Requirements:Employees are responsible for providing their own hardware and must be able to comply with Quikaid’s Technology Requirements. Quikaid does not provide any of the required items listed below but will provide all necessary software needed for the position. This date is non-negotiable as training begins on that date.The interview process includes an aptitude assessment and at least two rounds of video-based interviews before receiving an offer.Successful candidates will be required to complete a background check and drug test prior to the start date.
