This is an opportunity for someone early in their career who’s eager to grow fast and make an impact. You’ll lead new business development, product and state launches, account management, and coordinate teams across Sola. This involves providing excellent and timely customer service to agents.Build a network of referrals: The insurance industry is a tight knit community. Leverage relationships within the industry to find more partners.Sales System: Build and iterate upon our system for deal tracking and relationship management. Build out a process to onboard effective agencies with an open mind to new approaches.Conferences and trade shows: Utilize events to find new agencies, referral partners, and existing agencies.Consistent agency check ins: After onboarding agencies, utilize in person and virtual meetings to reinforce communication on the product so agents are confident to bring up Sola in their daily sales flow to ensure the agency is on track to hit their goals.
