You will be a part of a team of colleagues with diverse roles and backgrounds, each with their unique skills and experiences.What You Will DoAs a Performance Marketing Specialist at Acne Studios, you will execute and optimize lower-funnel paid search, shopping, affiliate, and paid social campaigns across global markets to drive qualified traffic and convert customers. You will handle budget on a day-to-day basis to ensure strong ROI, while continuously monitoring performance data to optimize channel efficiency.Using digital analytics and reporting, you will surface actionable insights to improve conversion performance and identify new opportunities for incremental growth - contributing directly to a high-performing, data-driven digital funnel that supports both short-term results and long-term brand successKey areas of responsibility include (but are not limited to):Plan, execute, and optimize paid search, shopping, affiliate and paid social campaigns across global markets to drive profitable traffic and conversionsManage performance marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI, efficiency and brand integrityAnalyze campaign data and user behavior to uncover insights, improve targeting and enhance the digital customer journeyCollaborate cross-functionally with e-commerce, CRM and creative teams to align campaigns with business goals and brand messagingMonitor and report on campaign performance, sharing key learnings and recommendations with internal stakeholdersOversee and manage product catalogues and feeds for social and search channels in close collaboration with the E-commerce and Social Media teamConduct research using Google Analytics or other tools to find new opportunities and customer segments to improve campaign targetingEffectively track campaigns within existing analytics platforms, to ensure consistent and accurate reportingWho You AreYou have high aspirations and focus on details that create substantial impact. If these qualities speak to you, we would love to have you on our team.Specific Personal Qualities For This RoleGrowth-minded with a strong grasp of performance metrics and business impactCurious and proactive, always exploring new trends and contributing fresh ideasAnalytical, detail-oriented, and structured in your approachAdaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environmentPassionate about culture, with a strong interest in the luxury and fashion industriesSpecific Experience And Knowledge For This Role3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally within luxury fashion, retail, e-commerce, or media/advertising agenciesProven ability to manage media budgets and optimize for both short- and long-term performance outcomesStrong analytical skills with experience in developing paid media plans, managing timelines, and interpreting campaign dataHigh proficiency in platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Merchant Center, and Commerce ManagerFamiliarity with A/B testing and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio)Experience with audience segmentation and targeting strategiesFamiliarity with CRO and SEO is a strong plusTechnical know-how in campaign setup, tag management (GTM), and reporting via Google Analytics 360 or BigQueryFluent in English, with excellent communication skillsWhat matters most to us is not whether you master all the listed knowledge and skills.
