Our products are more affordable and more sustainable than their dairy equivalents.Position: Trade Marketing Manager – Sweden & FinlandLocation: Stockholm, Sweden, HybridContract: 12-Month Fixed TermAbout The PositionAs Trade Marketing Manager for Flora Food Group Nordics, you’ll be the driving force that brings our brands to life in stores across Sweden and Finland — ensuring every display, activation, and shopper experience connects emotionally and commercially.Acting as the central connector between Brand, Sales, and Field Force teams, you’ll coordinate impactful trade campaigns that make Flora, Becel, Lätta, Milda, Crème Bonjour and Violife stand out on shelf. You’ll lead projects end-to-end — from concept to in-store execution — balancing creative thinking with operational excellence.This role combines people skills, commercial awareness, and precise execution.You’ll understand what Brand Managers want, what retailers need, and how our shared Field Sales Force operates — ensuring everything runs smoothly, effectively, and with energy.Key Responsibilities IncludeIn-Store Activation & Brand ExecutionBring our brands to life across Swedish and Finnish retail environments. Develop and implement trade activations that enhance product visibility and shopper engagement. Manage POS, promotions, and experiential campaigns with excellence and attention to detail. Oversee perfect store execution and continuously improve in-store impact. Project Leadership & CollaborationAct as project lead for trade marketing across Sweden (70%) and Finland (30%). Coordinate with Brand, Sales, and Field Force teams to deliver aligned, high-quality activations. Manage the end-to-end execution process — briefing, planning, production, rollout, and evaluation. Build strong partnerships across internal teams and agency collaborators. Performance & MeasurementTrack, measure, and analyse the effectiveness of trade marketing activities. Use insights to refine future campaigns and demonstrate ROI. Manage the trade marketing budget with discipline and transparency. Stakeholder Management & CommunicationServe as the key link between Marketing, Sales, and Retail. Balance retailer needs with brand priorities to deliver mutual success. Engage and motivate the Field Sales team, ensuring activations are well-supported and executed with excellence. What Does It Take to Be Successful?We’re Looking For a Collaborative, Organised Trade Marketer Who Loves Bringing Brands To Life In-store And Thrives On Delivering Flawless Execution Across Teams And Markets. You Should HaveExperience: 2–5 years in Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing, or FMCG retail operations. Retail Knowledge: Understands how to win in-store — from shelf presence to shopper activation. Project Management: Highly organised with a track record of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. Collaborative Leader: Builds strong relationships, communicates effectively, and influences across teams. Execution Focused: Brings ideas to life through precise, timely, and creative delivery. Analytical & Insight-Led: Comfortable interpreting performance data to optimise activity and impact. Language Skills: Fluent in Swedish and English; Finnish language skills are an advantage. Mindset: Energetic, hands-on, and adaptable — ready to create visible impact across two markets.
