We’re looking for a Global Influencer Marketing Specialist who shares our passion for sustainability, creativity, and community — and who’s ready to help us grow meaningful relationships with creators that bring our purpose to life.About The RoleAs Global Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will shape how Fjällräven shows up through creators around the world. You’ll co-develop the global influencer strategy together with our Global Head of Brand Communications, defining the framework, objectives, and key pillars that guide our partnerships.You’ll take the lead in executing influencer activations — from sourcing and outreach to negotiations, content delivery, and performance tracking — ensuring every collaboration reflects Fjällräven’s values of authenticity, respect for nature, and timeless design.You will work closely with PR, Social Media, and local markets to align influencer efforts with broader brand storytelling and global campaign goals.What You Will DoCo-develop Fjällräven’s global influencer marketing strategy, defining key objectives, focus areas, and partnership principles. Manage end-to-end influencer activations, including contracts, deliverables, and usage rights, ensuring brand compliance and transparency. Translate brand and campaign objectives into clear influencer briefs and content strategies. Build and nurture relationships with creators who share our values and outdoor passion, ensuring long-term, authentic collaborations. Coordinate closely with PR and Social Media to integrate influencer activities into broader brand storytelling. Support and align with local markets on influencer selection, activation guidelines, and reporting. Track and analyze influencer performance across campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Maintain and update the influencer database, keeping track of relationships, results, and emerging talent. Stay on top of influencer and platform trends, identifying new opportunities for creative and impactful collaborations.Who You AreYou bring at least 2–4 years of experience working in influencer marketing — ideally within outdoor, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands. You have hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns from strategy to execution, including contracting, content approvals, and reporting. A university degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. You understand how to build strong, authentic relationships with creators and ambassadors. You’re passionate about the outdoors, sustainability, and meaningful brand storytelling. You balance creativity with structure — able to think strategically and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You work well cross-functionally, collaborating with PR, social, and local marketing teams around the world. You stay curious about culture, digital platforms, and trends that shape influencer engagement.
