Responsibilities: Sort, scan, and organize paper mail in the database with strong technical skills. Route documents to the appropriate attorney teams for efficient workflow. Open and maintain new matters to keep records up-to-date. Manage resource mailboxes and process certified mail with attention to detail. Prepare trial notebooks and create/update tracking spreadsheets.
Collaborate with records services to ensure accurate, accessible documentation. Assist with covering the switchboard during breaks and lunches. Qualifications: Proficient in Adobe, Outlook, Word, and Excel. College graduate with strong computer skills; interest in the legal field a plus. Self-motivated, quick learner, and able to ask for help when needed. Additional Information: The position requires a commitment to a full onsite schedule in Glendale, CA, working 8-hour days, Monday through Friday. Compensation: $20 - $23/hour, commensurate with experience and skills.
