As the Head of Sales, you will play a key leadership role in driving the company’s sales strategy across both B2B (HoReCa, QSR, and foodservice channels) and B2C (retail and export) markets. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, leading a high-performing sales team, and supporting the company’s ongoing expansion efforts. Responsibilities : Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in both domestic and international markets, aligned with overall company objectives. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and build a results-driven sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors in existing and new markets. Market Expansion: Identify growth opportunities and spearhead entry into new markets and customer segments. Sales Operations: Oversee sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to ensure consistent performance tracking and resource optimization. Cross-Functional Collaboration and multitasking : marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align commercial strategies with market needs. Brand and Channel Development: Strengthen brand positioning and optimize sales strategies across B2B and B2C channels, both locally and internationally. Experience Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a strong advantage. Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience in a senior leadership role within the food and beverage manufacturing industry. Demonstrated success in managing both B2B and B2C sales operations, Trade show, including domestic and export markets. Experience in leading high-performing teams through business transformation and expansion. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Fluency in Thai and English; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
