Adjunct Faculty in Finance

The College of Business Administration at Ajman University invites applications for an Adjunct Faculty position in Finance, beginning in the Spring Semester of the 2025–26 academic year.Qualifications & Experience A Ph.D. in Finance or a closely related field from a reputable, preferably AACSB-accredited, university. Minimum of two years of teaching experience at the university level in Finance courses. Prior industry experience in finance is considered an added advantage. Ability to design innovative course materials and adapt to evolving teaching methodologies. Excellent oral and written communication skills.Essential Duties & Responsibilities Deliver high-quality instruction in undergraduate Finance courses such as International Finance, Commercial Banking, Portfolio Management and Theory, Financial Planning & Decision Making, ensuring alignment with course objectives and active student engagement. Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to support learning. Develop, organize, and update instructional resources, syllabi, and teaching materials. Foster an inclusive, respectful, and culturally sensitive classroom environment. Promote effective collaboration with colleagues and build productive relationships within the university and broader community. Inspire and motivate students to develop financial competencies and professional growth.
