Tenure-track assistant professorship The Institute of Physics and Astronomy at Eötvös Loránd University invites applications for tenure-track assistant professor positions with a tentative start date between September 2026 and December 2027. The contract duration is 5 years, with the possibility of granting tenure at the end of that period, subject to the applicant's performance. All research topics are welcome. See http://physics.elte.hufor details on current research fields. We are looking for candidates with a strong track record in research, teaching, and grant applications. Candidates shall already have postdoctoral experience. Teaching opportunities and duties will include physics courses at all levels (BSc, MSc, and PhD).
