As part of our commitment to premium aftersales service, we continuously strive to improve, evolve, and exceed customer expectations.We are now looking for English–Hungarian Speaking Customer Support Specialists to join our dynamic team and help us deliver exceptional service around the clock.Your Role & ImpactAs a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience by managing service requests and responding to customer needs with professionalism and care. Working in a supportive international environment, you will:What You Will Do- Answer incoming calls and emails in Hungarian and English, providing outstanding support.- Process service requests via customer portals while ensuring accuracy and SLA compliance.- Enter and manage jobs in our internal CMS system.- Schedule service visits and aftersales appointments—even during night shifts.- Coordinate technician workloads for the next day.- Accurately assign and log maintenance jobs.- Proactively monitor, update, and close cases in internal and client platforms.- Maintain and develop strong customer relationships through clear communication.- Collaborate closely across shifts for seamless operations.- Liaise with subcontractors and internal teams to resolve issues.- Validate Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.- Generate regular and ad-hoc customer reports.Working HoursThis role operates in flexible shifts from Monday to Sunday between 06:00 and 22:00.We understand that everyone’s lifestyle is different, and we genuinely strive to be as supportive and accommodating as possible to help each team member balance work with their individual needs.What Makes You a Perfect Match- Ideally 1–3 years of experience in customer service, or operations (fresh graduates also welcome!).- Experience in a multinational or shared-service environment is an advantage.- Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook; knowledge of Salesforce or Lightfoot is a plus.- Native Hungarian and strong English (spoken and written).- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills—especially during varying shifts.- Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working outside standard business hours.- A team player with excellent communication and smooth shift-handover skills.- Detail-oriented, accurate, and highly organized.- Able to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure.Why Join Us?You’ll become part of a dedicated, supportive team at a global company where your work truly matters.
