Adjunct Trainer (Caregiving Skills)

POSITION: Adjunct Trainer (Caregiving)Job PurposeConduct and facilitate caregiving and other related caregiving skills training for the Centre for Psychosocial Resilience and Humanitarian Studies (CPRHS) to the public, corporate, and community audiences.JOB SCOPETraining & DevelopmentFacilitate classroom, blended or experiential learning using case scenarios, skills practice, demonstrations and guided discussions in SRCA trainings such as: -- Caregiving Skills for Common Chronic Conditions (Diabetes, Stroke, Heart Health) --Core Skills in Dementia Caregiving --Other caregiving and psychosocial support modules, as developed by SRCAProvide inputs for curriculum development on ad hoc basis Create a psychologically safe learning environment for caregivers of diverse profiles (family caregivers, domestic helpers, volunteers, frontline staff, etc.)Administrative Support Perform administrative duties as requiredFacilitate events and advocacy efforts to raise awareness about the importance of caregiving skillsPREREQUISITESRelevant professional certification or training in caregiving, nursing, allied health, gerontology, psychology, social work, or related fields.Training experience and qualifications (ACLP compulsory; DDLP preferred)Experience in adult learning sector setting preferred
