Job TitleEIC Intern - Valuation, SingaporeJob Description SummaryJob DescriptionAbout The RoleGeneral economic & market study across a wide range of industries, including TMT, healthcare, manufacturing, etc.Research on market information such as comparable companies, historical transactions, interest rates, multiples, and stock price volatility.Perform basic valuation analysis using the market approach.Assist in construction of DCF valuation model and other complex financial models.Assist in preparation of valuation and advisory reports.Perform any other ad hoc tasks allocated by the project managerAbout YouCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or any related discipline (other majors welcomed with strong aptitude).Strong analytical mindset with the ability to pick up new concepts, tools, and processes quickly.Proactive, curious, and willing to take initiative — not afraid to ask questions or explore new tasks.Effective in communication and project coordination, with the ability to work smoothly within a team.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage tasks responsibly in a dynamic environment.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
