The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional administrative skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring office environment operates smoothly, safely, and efficiently.The Official title is Administrative Business Partner ( 5months)Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily administrative operations including office environment and facility maintenance, fixed asset management, license and document management, building and public facility maintenance, courier delivery and cargo release management.Coordinate internal and external business meeting planning and execution.Manage administrative 3rd party service vendors and monitor supplier performance for continuous improvement.Manage office procurement & payment.Provide reception and administrative support for visitors, customers and new hires.Coordinate administrative support across the APAC region.Organize internal company events and employee benefit activities.Assist in maintaining internal communication mechanisms and coordinate employee experience feedback channelsImplement and optimize administrative procedures to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.Skills And ExperienceAt least three years of administrative or integrated management experience, with preference given to candidates who have diplomatic liaison or communication experience.Proficiency in office software, corporate culture promotion, editing skills, and administrative management processes.Education And RequirementsBachelor's degree or higher in administrative management, human resource management, business administration or related degree.Proficiency in oral and written English.Strong communication and coordination skills, organizational planning, logical analysis, adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and service orientation with ability to work independently.Outgoing personality, proactive attitude and stress tolerance.
