Work Location: Bendemeer Secondary SchoolContract Duration: 1 Jan 2026 – 31 Dec 2026Working HoursMon–Thu: 7:00am to 3:00pm (30 mins lunch)Fri: 7:00am to 2:30pm (30 mins lunch)No work on Saturdays, Sundays & gazetted holidaysJob ResponsibilitiesManning General Office CounterManage General Office receptionAttend to students, parents, and walk-in visitorsHandle phone callsAttend to goods deliveryGeneral Administrative & Operations SupportAssist in general admin and student-related dutiesHandle booking of rooms and other resourcesProvide admin support for school events and programmesManage filing, data entry & document updatesAssist in procurement support & asset managementPrepare reports and ensure up-to-date documentationCoordinate logistics for school activitiesEnsure proper management of forms, records & inventoriesOther DutiesAny other admin or operations duties assigned by the AuthorityRequirementsMinimum 3 years’ working experience in admin/operations (preferably in a school)GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Level or equivalent
