Since launching in 2003, Mr & Mrs Smith has grown to become an £80 million travel company with more than 2,300 boutique hotels & luxury villas in the collection.  The Partnerships Support Executive (PSE) is at the forefront of our operations providing first-class support to a broad portfolio of new and existing Mr & Mrs Smith suppliers - hotels and villas.  As part of a fully remote company, the PSE will work closely with the wider global Partnerships Team and other departments ensuring the business continues to invest in the areas of largest return and will be excited to engage with the global team.   What you will do:  Serve as the first point of contact for our global hotel & villa suppliers, assisting and responding to queries and requests in a timely manner  Handle multiple queries simultaneously via phone and email with flair and personality Work alongside our hotel & villa suppliers to ensure their properties are represented to a high standard including offer loading, training on Mr & Mrs Smith systems, connecting them with third-party channel management systems, and ensuring all properties on the site comply with the Mr & Mrs Smith terms and conditions Ensure competitiveness by improving and maintaining product quality including rates, offer depth and inventory availability Ensure our hotel & villa listings are optimised for distribution opportunities Manage all extranet-related queries both externally and internally Work closely with our expert team of travel specialists to resolve any barriers to booking Contribute to the wider Partnerships team, meeting, and exceeding KPIs  You’ll succeed with:  Strong technical aptitude and excitement for new technology  Entry-level experience in the travel industry, particularly within an online travel agency or other online environment, is preferred Understanding of hotel distribution, rates, and inventory management Ideally have experience with hotel channel management systems and integrations Ability to remain calm and positive under pressure, and to analyse and diplomatically resolve difficult situations A love of problem solving, troubleshooting ­- you need to be the kind of person who likes to get to the bottom of an issue and takes pride in being able to push through a solution  Commercial acumen and an analytical mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced team, prioritising a busy workload Love of boutique travel and a keen eye for style and design Exceptional communication skills and an innate ability to engage people from all walks of life  Attention to detail and exemplary follow up Bonus: fluency in a second language to business standard Legal eligibility to work in the relevant regional office  Location: SingaporeSalary: SGD 4,000 per month (SGD 48,000 per annum)  For more details or to apply visit: https://careers.mrandmrssmith.comMr & Mrs Smith celebrates diversity; we do not discriminate based upon race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, status as a protected veteran, status as an individual with a disability, or other applicable legally protected characteristics.
