Together, let’s make “Women’s Health, First” a reality.Roles and responsibilities:Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as document preparation, record keeping, office correspondence.Responsible for procurement and purchasing, including sourcing and liaising with vendorsLiaise with vendors, service providers and landlords to ensure smooth office operationsBasic maintenance and cleanliness of office premisesSupport e-commerce and sales teams on administrative tasksPerform other duties as assignedRequirements:Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or any related fieldMinimum 1 year of working experienceSkills & Competencies:Good organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Workspace) and office management systems.Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks.Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.Required language: Chinese, English, Bahasa MalaysiaFresh graduates are encouraged to applyRM2,000.00 - RM3,000 per month
