Job Description

Location: Abuja and RiversEmployment Type: Full-timeResponsibilitiesManage office supplies, inventory, and procurement as necessary for efficient operations.Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of diesel, inverter, generator, and government-supplied power.Manage and process all admin requests.Oversee the maintenance of the facility, including cleanliness and safety.Ensure proper power management to minimise power cost.Negotiate with vendors to obtain favourable terms, such as price reductions or extended payment terms.Ensure timely renewal of licenses and vehicle particulars.Liaise with the operations team to engage and onboard blue collar staff.Coordinate repairs and maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime.Monitor staff attendance, providing monthly, quarterly and annual reports.Liaise with vendors and contractors for facility maintenance and repairs.Monitor expenses and ensure cost efficiency.Process staff overtime, inconvenience allowance and out of town allowanceEnsure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in all administrative and facility-related activities.Develop and carryout an efficient documentation and filing system.Academic QualificationsB.Sc / HND in Business Administration or related field2+ years relevant experienceProven work experience in an administrative roleGood knowledge of Administrative and Facility ManagementProficiency in microsoft Office SuiteExceptional planning and time management skillsStrong negotiation skillsApplication Closing Date31st August, 2024.Method of ApplicationInterested and qualified candidates should send their Application and CV to: jobs@choicetalents.com.ng using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.
