Job Description

Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesManning the telephone system; Welcoming guest to companySet up and prepare facility for meeting roomManage the incoming and outgoing correspondence, goods… internally and externallyManage and monitor the usage and maintenance of administrative equipment such as vehicle, photo copy machine, and taxi cardsSet up and monitor administrative budgetCoordinate with other departments to prepare purchase request for stationary and other items under administration functionMonitor and supervise outsourced services (company bus, catering, cleaning, gardening, security…). Maintain and improve the services quality continuouslyMaintain high standard of hygiene in working environmentManage affairs related to the worker’s uniformMaintain good relation with relevant government organsReport on monthly administrative expensesReport on administration-related issues when requestedSupport the department head in fulfilling functions and responsibilities of the departmentOther tasks assigned by HR ManagerRequirementsEducation:College graduation or above in related fieldExperience: At least 2 years in administration in manufacturing environmentKnowledge of: Administration ManagementSkills And AbilitiesGood English communication skillsExperienced in managing the security services, catering services, cleaning services and transportation servicesStrong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
