This includes managing field activities, supervising the admin team, coordinating vendors, maintaining office infrastructure, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role demands strong leadership, operational efficiency, and multitasking abilities.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam & Workflow ManagementLead and supervise the admin team across all locations.Allocate and monitor daily tasks and responsibilities within the admin department.Ensure proper execution of all field and in-office admin operations.Set goals and performance metrics for the admin team and review progress regularly.Office & Facility ManagementEnsure the cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of office premises.Manage utilities, repairs, AMC contracts, and office supplies inventory.Oversee maintenance of office infrastructure, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment.Field OperationsCoordinate and supervise all field admin tasks such as courier management, procurement, logistics, and on-ground support activities.Visit various locations (within and outside Pune/PCMC) as needed to ensure compliance and proper setup; travel allowance will be provided.Vendor & Asset ManagementIdentify, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and service requirements.Maintain a proper log of vendors, contracts, and payment schedules.Track and manage all company assets, including office equipment and consumables.Administrative SupportSupport HR and other departments with logistics for onboarding, offboarding, and events.Manage record-keeping and documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.Assist in organising meetings, conferences, and internal events.Reporting & DocumentationMaintain comprehensive reports of all admin operations, expenses, and team activity logs.Prepare weekly and monthly reports for senior management review.Qualifications & SkillsGraduate in any discipline; preference for degrees in Business Administration or related fields.4–5 years of experience in administrative roles, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams effectively.Sound knowledge of office operations, vendor management, and infrastructure upkeep.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to handle field work, travel, and coordinate across multiple locations.Good communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills.
