IT Support Specialist

Experience: 2-4 yrsShift: US Timings (should be flexible for Day & Night)Job location: PuneWorking days: 5 daysNotice: Immediate to 30 daysWork from office mandatory  Key Responsibilities:Manage user accounts, groups, and organizational units.Perform basic AD administration tasks including password resets, account lockouts, and permission management.Install, configure, and troubleshoot FTP/SFTP servers on Windows systems.Install and configure Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).Resolve email delivery, sync, and connectivity issues.Support in managing and troubleshooting hybrid Active Directory environments (on-prem and Azure AD).Troubleshoot biometric attendance devices and basic CCTV camera/NVR connectivity issues.Provide Level 1 support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.Troubleshoot OS issues (Windows), and network connectivity problems.Maintain antivirus and OS patch compliance.Communicate effectively with internal users and external clients to resolve support tickets.Provide updates and solutions in a professional and clear manner. Required Skills:2 year of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support rolesStrong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network issuesBasic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP)Good command of English communication (written and verbal)Strong problem-solving and documentation abilitiesAbility to manage tasks independently and prioritize effectivelyExperience with ticketing systems and remote support toolsFamiliarity with IT asset management practicesInterested candidates can share their resume at - hiring@radarsoft.tech
