We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Manager to join our team on a fixed-term contract (up to 12 months) to cover parental leave. In this role, you will lead key administration functions at Wollongong Central Shopping Centre, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the Centre Manager. We are growing rapidly whilst maintaining our personal touch, and care both about our community of co-investors and partners, and the communities where our assets are located.About the roleAssist Centre Manager with forecasts, budgeting, and reportingSupport with monthly accruals, outgoings, other chargesManage rent roll administration and rental reviewsOversee arrears and arrears reportingMaintain effective records management and document controlGeneral office management, including customer service, answering phones, and ordering suppliesBuild and maintain relationships with senior management, centre staff, retailers, and external stakeholdersAbout youDemonstrated experience in an administrative role, preferably in retail shopping centre managementFinancial and accounting skills including accounts payable and receivableStrong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressureExcellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detailProficient in using office software and systems, including MS Office SuiteExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with strong negotiation skillsAbility to understand the retail lease requirements for tenantsBased at our Wollongong Central Shopping Centre, this is a temporary full-time role within a smaller team with office hours between 8.30am to 5.30pm.
