Opportunity to work for a major Global Dairy CompanyExcellent Benefits & Career Development OpportunitiesWorking with Iconic BrandsAbout The OpportunityDue to an increase in volume and an internal promotion, we are seeking to recruit an experience Production Coordinator to join our Dairy Production Team at our Clarence Gardens Facility.About The RoleThis is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring your Production Shift runs as efficiently & safely as possible while maintaining our high standards of quality and food safety.Responsibilities IncludeCoordinate production operations on a shift basis, to meet demand and efficiency targets.Ensure compliance with quality, safety and food manufacturing standards (HACCP, GMP).Monitor production processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise.Ensure timely and accurate production confirmation data entry into SAP while identifying and investigate inconsistencies.Coordinate and motivate the production team, providing guidance, coaching and feedback.Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime. Be a role model for working safely and promoting a safe working environment.About YouDegree or equivalent certification/experience in Engineering, Dairy Technology, Food Science or related fieldLeadership skills and ability to drive resultsStrong organisation and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills & ability to build trusting relationships with team memberProficiency in Microsoft Office.
