As One Of Our Administration Officers, You Will Provide high-level, administrative support, including diary management and email monitoring to Program Directors. Actively participate in a working environment supporting quality human resource management practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, workplace health and safety, and ethical behaviour. Support the Program Directors in managing correspondence flowing through their relevant business units and ensure deadlines are met for all departmental and ministerial related documentation including relevant reporting and request deadlines within the areas of responsibility of the Program director being supported. Maintains a high level of accuracy in all correspondence and administrative documents, using appropriate software programs and adhering to departmental standards, including the use of style guides, templates, and other corporate standards Support a positive culture within the office utilising strong interpersonal communication to enable the delivery of effective and timely administrative services. Any other duties that may be requested by the Program Director to meet the operational requirements of the organisation.Why join the department?
