Employment Type: Temporary Full Time (up to 27 September 2026)Position Classification: Administration Officer Level 5Remuneration: $76,125.92 - $77,852.51 pa (+ superannuation + salary packaging options)Location: Bathurst, Parkes NSW – Find out moreHours Per Week: 38Applications Close: 4 November 2025 – 11:59pmAdministration OfficerFinance and Corporate DirectorateAbout The RoleThe Administration Officer provides high level support for the management of a large-scale property portfolio within a complex Asset management framework to an extensive client base.The position also provides administrative support for the Infrastructure & Property Unit.The role will assist in the preparation of Property related documentation including leases, briefing documents and reports.Within the role you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the drafting, processing, distribution and tracking of lease documentation, along with briefing documents and reports for review and approval by the Project Officer and Infrastructure manager, within tight timeframes.Corporate Services and Clinical Support sits within the Finance and Corporate Directorate and is responsible for services to the District including asset operations, biomedical services, capital works projects, contracts and procurement, property and leasing management, energy management, environmental services, food services, security, fire safety, fleet management, maintenance services, and management of the Public Private Partnership (PPP) with Downer.To find out more about the role click to view the Position DescriptionA career with Western NSW means you can challenge yourself, make an impact and shape the future of rural health.
