Specialising in areas such as psychology, social work, speech pathology, and occupational therapy, we provide tailored support to ensure businesses remain compliant with industry standards, including Medicare, NDIS, and other key initiatives. Our expertise spans systems audits, practice management tools like Halaxy and Zanda (previously Power Diary) setups, business branding, web design, and graphic design. We aim to create strong foundations for small businesses by offering comprehensive services and ensuring consistency in branding and operations.Role DescriptionThis is a casual/part-time, remote (work from home) Administration Support role located in Queensland, Australia. The successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organizing documents, maintaining compliance with guidelines, and coordinating internal and external communications. The role also involves assisting with practice management systems and providing general operational support to ensure smooth daily business operations.Approximately 15 hours per week to start, increasing to a maximum of 30 hours per week. About YouStrong administrative and organizational skills, including proficiency in managing schedules and organizing documentsProficiency in practice management systems (e.g., Halaxy, Power Diary) and knowledge of Medicare, NDIS, and other industry programsEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work remotely from your home office and collaborate with a dynamic team in Queensland, AustraliaPrior experience in the Mental Health sectorProficiency in basic office software and attention to detailAdaptability and problem-solving skills to address business needs efficiently
