What is 4SEE?4SEE is an international, grassroots student-led organization that was created to inspire intersectional growth in sustainability, equity, and education. 4SEE works with young people from all backgrounds to transform them into advocates of our core values, ready to create meaningful change in their communities. 4SEE is currently launching our chapters program as well as developing other engaging programs and needs your passion, leadership skills, and organizational help!What is the Administrative Affairs Director?The Administrative Affairs Director is the organizational backbone of 4SEE. They serve as one of the 5 individuals on the 4SEE Board of Directors, in charge with collectively maintaining 4SEE as a whole and assisting with the implementation of 4SEE’s various programs. The Administrative Affairs Director is the sole manager of all of 4SEE’s Google tools, meeting minutes, and finances. What do you do as an Administrative Affairs Director?The official 4SEE bylaws state the requirements of this position as follows:Manage the Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Calendar.Create and maintain Board of Director agendas and meeting minutes.Oversee financial operations and maintain the financial spreadsheet.Attend weekly board meetings.Who is eligible to serve as an Administrative Affairs Director?Any high school or college student aged 13-25 may serve as the Administrative Affairs Director. They must be able to attend weekly 4SEE Board of Directors Meetings at 5pm PT/7pm CT/8pm ET every Sunday. They must also agree to stay on the Board of Directors for a year upon joining. Prior club leadership experience is recommended.This is a volunteer role and we are unable to offer stipends or salaries at this time.
