About the jobWe’re looking for a reliable and organized Personal Assistant to support the Director & his branch in day-to-day operations. You should be comfortable managing schedules, communications, and basic administrative tasks.Responsibilities:• Provide full administrative and business support to the Director• Handle emails, calls, and messages• Schedule and coordinate meetings; manage priorities• Liaise with clients via phone/WhatsApp/email• Follow up with clients and ensure timely information flow• Prepare reports and meeting minutes when needed• Ensure tasks are completed on time• Any other assigned dutiesRequirements:• Diploma or higher• Minimum 2 years’ work experience• Strong English, good organizational and analytical skills• Proficient in MS Office• Knowledge of Life & General Insurance is an advantage• Tech-savvy; comfortable with apps/tools for simple collaterals and visuals▶️ Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9pm–6pm▶️ Location: Near Tanjong Pagar MRT
