Job Description

Establish and support the Plant Manager with daily tasks and activities.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for preparing all presentations for clients, visitors, and management.Coordinate all travel for plant personnel.Assist the Area Manager and Supervisor with administrative functions.Generate reports.Maintain and coordinate department processes.Serve internal and external customers.Maintain department systems/processes.Generate reports.Experiences/Education - RequiredEducation: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Work Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar position.Experience in personnel management.Bilingual, excellent presentation skills, and communication skills.
