Doctors Manitoba is looking for an experienced administrative professional to join our team in providing administrative support for the Practice Advice and Compensation team. This position will focus on providing excellent and efficient operational support. Then join our cause, to help ensure every physician in Manitoba has what they need to deliver exceptional care to their patients. Administrative Assistant Responsibilities ·        Provide comprehensive administrative support to the practice advice and compensation team and for special projects as required. ·        Support outreach and event planning and related administrative tasks.·        Coordinate meetings with members as well as health system officials.·        Assist in database and document management and tracking processes.·        Assist with formatting documents and presentations including agreements under negotiation.·        Develop job aids and training materials in collaboration with program leads. ·        Provide reception coverage as required.·        Provide input on organizational strategies, operational plans and help implement new ideas and initiatives.·        Provide input and assist with quality improvement, risk management, and business continuity planning activities.·        Communicate with other programs to promptly resolve issues and clarify policies and procedures.·        Perform other related duties as required. Requirements·        Completion of post-secondary education or training or equivalent combination of experience and knowledge in the areas of customer service, administrative support, and data/document management. ·        Demonstrated excellence using Microsoft 365·        Exceptional customer service skills.·        Ability to prioritize a large workload and independently complete a variety of tasks. ·        Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.·        Demonstrated ability to problem-solve effectively.·        Experience in research, document, and database management.·        Demonstrated proficiency in teamwork and positive staff relationships.·        Experience navigating member databases and secure web portals is considered an asset.
