A true office support, this position plays an integral role supporting a wide variety of Head office functions and activities.Reporting to the Senior Manager of Finance, the Receptionist & Office Clerk will:Maintain a welcome, safe and clean environment at our Head office for employees and guestsMonitor our external phone lines, voicemails, shared office calendars and general email inboxesCoordinate mail and deliveriesInput data into company databases and systems as requiredHandle inquiries from families, staff and supervisorsProvide general administrative, purchasing and clerical supportCoordinate office and kitchen inventory and suppliesCoordinate permits, access cards, waitlist and provide additional support to Programs team. You might be the perfect fit for this position if you have :Post-secondary degree/diploma in office administration, business, or a related field of study1-3 years of office and/or clerical experienceKnowledge of MS Office Suite is required, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
