Vice President

Insight Global is looking for a strategic leader to establish and grow the insurance division of our rapidly expanding telehealth company. This remote role will focus on building partnerships with insurance providers, driving sales initiatives, and expanding our market presence across Canada. Responsibilities include following up on warm leads, creating proposals, and identifying new business opportunities while collaborating with internal teams to align insurance strategies with digital health services.Must-haves:3–5 years of management experience in insurance or sales.Proven track record in sales or buying within the insurance or healthcare sector. Bachelor’s degree (minimum). Strong strategic and operational leadership skills. Ability to work remotely and manage national partnerships. Plusses:Bilingual (French and English). Experience in start-up environments. Exceptional people skills, motivation, and adaptability. Familiarity with telehealth or digital health platforms. Strong network within Canadian insurance or healthcare markets. Self-motivated and driven.
