For more information, visit www.acto.com .Role SummaryAs a Contract Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our enterprise sales efforts by balancing the need for speed to execution with the accuracy and diligence in getting deals over the line. Using AI technology, you’ll streamline the contracting process while keeping a high level of quality. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by the opportunity to make an impact across Sales, Legal, and Finance, this role offers exceptional potential for professional growth.In This Role, You Will Be Responsible ForOwning the review of customer MSAs, Order Forms, and Statements of Work, ensuring accuracy, alignment with business terms, and consistent with company standardsUsing our contract playbook to guide reviews, quickly identifying acceptable deviations while flagging risks that need input from Legal team Accelerating deal cycles by balancing speed and precision at critical moments during the sales cycleTaking ownership of tracking MSA terms and expiration dates, keeping renewals on track while minimizing business risksPartnering closely with Sales to optimize and streamline the contracting processMaintaining data hygiene in Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking of contract data, including signed Order Forms, SOWs, and MSA statusPartnering with Legal and Finance teams to resolve issues and continuously improve templates and playbooksApplying AI and other technology to daily operations, increasing efficiency in the contracting processTo Be Successful In This Role, You’ll Need2–5 years of experience as a Contracts Specialist, Contract Administrator, Paralegal, or in a similar role within a B2B SaaS or technology companyFamiliarity with common SaaS contracting issues such as liability caps, indemnities, data security, SLAs, and governing lawAwareness of emerging terms and conditions related to the use of AI, including customer concerns around data usage, intellectual property, and responsible AI practicesStrong attention to detail with the ability to balance speed, accuracy, and risk managementExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlinesClear, concise communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across Sales, Legal, and Finance teamsExcellent command of the English language, both spoken and writtenPractical experience, and an enthusiasm for using AI-driven tools to accelerate contract review, streamline workflows, and enhance accuracyA collaborative mindset with the flexibility to work in a fast-paced, scaling environmentWhat You’ll Enjoy About ACTOIndustry leading, multiple award-winning technologyCompetitive compensation packageBeing part of a mission driven organization with the ability to drive solutions that focus on improving patient outcomesResults-driven and collaborative cultureRemote work with opportunities for in-person collaborationCompany MacBookBudget for work-from-home set-up Monthly work-from-home allowance Flex hours (overlapping with our core hours)Participation in group benefits planFlexible PTOAt ACTO we believe diverse and inclusive teams perform better.
