This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Senior Account Executive to help expand their footprint, build long-term client partnerships, and deliver value across multiple hiring domains not limited to IT.If you have a proven track record of building relationships, landing new accounts, and growing revenue in the IT staffing space, we want to talk to you.This role offers a high-impact platform with strong growth potential and the ability to influence the firm's scaling strategy.What You’ll DoIdentify, target, and secure new client relationships across mid-market and enterprise organizationsDrive outbound business development through cold outreach, warm introductions, networking, and strategic prospectingPromote and sell multi-disciplinary staffing solutions, including:IT & Technology rolesProfessional & Corporate roles (Operations, HR, Finance, Admin, etc.)Contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placementsConduct client needs assessments and design customized hiring and workforce plansCollaborate closely with internal recruiting and delivery teams to ensure consistent quality and successful placementsBuild and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, tracking progress, forecasting revenue, and reporting activity using CRM systemsRepresent the company in client meetings, industry events, and virtual presentations to strengthen brand visibility and relationshipsWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of Business Development or Account Executive experience in staffing (IT or multi-disciplinary)Proven track record of:Opening new accountsGrowing revenueManaging long-term client partnershipsUnderstanding of the full staffing sales cycle, hiring processes, and the technical recruitment landscapeStrong communication, negotiation, and client-facing presentation skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, boutique firm environmentAbility to work both independently and collaboratively with recruiting teamsWhy JoinOpportunity to represent a high-growth boutique organization with exceptional recruiting supportAutonomy to build your book of business and shape client relationshipsRemote flexibility and supportive leadershipHigh-impact role where your success is visible and rewarded
