The role involves meeting clients-often expats or foreign nationals-at their location to collect identity documents, verify personal details, and ensure secure and compliant submission of data.This is a mobile, flexible freelance role suitable for individuals who are available on-call and can travel locally within their city.Key Responsibilities:Visit client locations within your city to collect identity documents and verify personal informationConduct scheduled in-person appointments, primarily with expats or international residentsEnsure all documentation is handled securely and in compliance with data protection protocolsSubmit documentation through approved channelsProvide regular updates to the coordination teamRepresent the company in a professional and respectful mannerRequirements:Based in or around AucklandExperience in document handling, KYC, or in-person verification is an advantage (training provided)English proficiency strongly preferredMust be mobile and available for flexible on-call workPossess a smartphone with internet accessReliable transportation within your cityHigh attention to detail and strong sense of confidentialityWhat We Offer:Competitive pay per appointmentFlexible freelance scheduleTraining, tools, and support providedOpportunity to work independently while contributing to a growing international operation
