We are growing! H2O Real Estate is expanding our Secondary Sales division and looking for a driven Administrative Assistant to support our agents and ensure our property listings stand out in a highly competitive market.✅ Role OverviewYou will play a key role in supporting the Secondary team with smooth administrative operations, accurate and timely property listings, and exceptional client coordination. You’ll be the backbone ensuring our listings are optimised, compliant, and visually appealing across all marketing portals.🔹 ResponsibilitiesManage & upload property listings across major portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.)Ensure property details, pricing, and availability are accurate and up to dateCoordinate with agents for paperwork, compliance, and listing approvalsSchedule and follow up on photoshoots, marketing materials & property videosMaintain CRM records and track listing performance analyticsRespond to inbound inquiries and redirect qualified leads to agentsSupport the team with tenancy contract renewals, rental forms, DLD paperwork, etc.Assist with company admin tasks including calls, documentation & filingCollaborate closely with the marketing team for listing visibility and campaigns🧩 Who We’re Looking ForExperience in real estate listing/admin role in Dubai preferredStrong understanding of Dubai’s secondary market trends & portalsExcellent communication & English language skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProficient in CRM systems & Microsoft OfficeCustomer-service focused, with a positive and proactive attitudeAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlines🌟 What We OfferCompetitive salary + performance incentivesCareer progression within a rapidly growing real estate firmModern office in Business Bay, collaborative team cultureTraining & development opportunitiesMedical insurance + visa provided
