The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone calls with proper etiquette, communicating effectively, and utilizing executive administrative and clerical skills on a day-to-day basis.QualificationsAdministrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skillsExcellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skillsClerical SkillsAttention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to handle confidential information with integrityExperience in the insurance field is a plusRequirementsPrevious customer service experience is preferred.Strong web browsing skills are required.A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related position is necessary.The minimum educational requirement is a High School Diploma or equivalent.Advanced proficiency in English is a must.Current residency in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, is required.Starting salary: RD$40,000.00 per month. Salary increases based on performance.
