Kuadra Support is a professional services firm specializing in accounting solutions for U.S.-based companies through a robust Nearshore model.We are seeking a full-time Junior Administrative Assistant who is proactive, self-driven, and eager to grow. This position requires a bilingual professional (Spanish/English) who thrives in an office environment and enjoys supporting a dynamic team.The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to take initiative while managing multiple responsibilities effectively.Start Date: January 5, 2026Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate the director’s calendar and appointments.Provide support with customer service and client inquiries.Handle collections and follow-up communications with clients.Maintain and update the client database.Prepare and send correspondence to clients.Offer administrative support to both the director and department administrator.Assist with billing processes and documentation.Provide backup support to other administrative team members as needed.QualificationsFully bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken).Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.At least 1 year of administrative experience.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.What We OfferA stable, full-time, long-term role.Ongoing training and development opportunities.A comfortable workspace with a welcoming and collaborative team culture.Monday–Friday schedule.On-site position based in Hermosillo, Sonora.
