Affiliate Outreach Specialist – TikTok Shop

📍 Remote, full-time | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST 💰 Salary: $1,200 USD/month 🏢 Experience with Euka AI requiredWe are looking for a highly motivated Affiliate Outreach Specialist to join our team and help us scale our TikTok Shop presence. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience identifying and recruiting creators, managing outreach pipelines, and driving performance through influencer partnerships.Responsibilities:Identify, contact, and recruit potential TikTok affiliates/creators.Present and negotiate commission offers (10–15%) based on product margins.Coordinate the process for affiliates to create promotional videos for our TikTok Shop.Use Euka AI tools to streamline outreach, track conversations, and optimize conversions.Maintain an organized CRM and follow-up system to ensure high response and onboarding rates.Build strong, long-term relationships with creators and influencers.Collaborate with the marketing team to identify high-potential niches and product opportunities.Requirements:Previous experience using Euka AI for affiliate or influencer outreach (mandatory).Experience recruiting affiliates for TikTok Shop or similar platforms.Excellent written communication and negotiation skills.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage large outreach volumes.Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently.Ability to work full-time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.What We Offer:Competitive monthly salary: $1,200 USDStable, full-time remote positionGrowth opportunities in a fast-moving e-commerce environmentSupportive team and streamlined systems to help you succeed
