In this multifaceted key role, you will be the link between our German customers, our field sales force, our operations team, and our international production sites.You will take responsibility for key end-to-end processes, provide comprehensive advice to our customers and make a significant contribution to smooth project execution – from the initial offer through spare parts business to successful invoicing.Your responsibilities and tasksCustomer Consulting & Solutions: You are the competent contact person for our customers (by phone and in writing), develop individual solutions and build long-term partnerships – from complex product inquiries to the spare parts business.Process control: You are responsible for the entire sales and after-sales process: from independent calculation and creation of offers (products, spare parts, maintenance contracts) to order confirmation and invoicing.International Project Coordination: You ensure smooth project execution by coordinating delivery dates with our international teams.Efficiency & Optimization: You actively contribute to process optimization and automation in the back office.Data management: You maintain and update sales-relevant data in our CRM/ERP systems.Your profile: Skills and mindset that will move us forwardWe value your personality and potential, not just your certificates.Basic knowledge: Completed commercial training, a university degree (e.g. business administration/economics) or a comparable qualification.Experience (not a must, but a plus): You already have experience in sales administration, sales management or service administration – career changers with the right attitude are welcome.System affinity: You have a confident handling of CRM and ERP systems (ideally Salesforce) and are familiar with Google Workspace.Work style: You work independently, in a structured manner, and like to take the initiative.
