In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of master data across multiple ERP systems, supporting business processes, and contributing to high-quality financial operations.Responsibilities:Maintain accurate and compliant master data in ERP systemsHandle requests and inquiries within agreed SLAsSupport master data governance, data quality, and audit activitiesCollaborate with business and IT partners to ensure data consistency and control complianceProduce regular reports (KPIs, audit data, dashboards)Provide guidance and training to junior colleaguesParticipate in improvement initiatives, transitions, and projectsKeep process documentation up-to-date and suggest enhancementsRequirements:3-5 years of relevant experience in data validation, data migration.Economics, Finance, IT secondary studies or ongoing/finished degree (Economics advantage)Strong English skills; additional languages are a plusERP (SAP/Oracle) experienceAdvanced MS Office skills, especially ExcelStrong analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and attention to detailTeam-oriented approach, supportive mindset, and adaptability to changeIf you are passionate about data accuracy, process excellence, and working in an international, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!Flowserve is a world-leading manufacturer and aftermarket service provider of comprehensive flow control systems.
