The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing email communications, assisting executive, social media posting, research, and performing clerical duties. The role requires daily tasks such as scheduling, managing an active calendar, organizing, and maintaining documents, handling communications, some social media, researching podcast guests and other opportunities for business growth, and supporting executive operations. This role averages 5-15 hours a week with a flexible schedule. Local to Marin County CA is a bonus.QualificationsAdministrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skillsPhone and Email Etiquette and Communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in learning new technologyAbility to work independently and remotelyExperience in the food, beverage, or sustainability industry is a plus
