Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Guaynabo. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for daily clerical tasks, managing phone communications, and supporting executive administrative functions. This role requires maintaining professional etiquette, coordinating schedules, and ensuring efficient office operations through various administrative duties. Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical SkillsEffective Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skillsExperience in Executive Administrative AssistanceStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site settingExperience in project management or construction environments is a plusHigh school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
