Company Description Aerostar Airport Holdings, LLC operates and manages the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) in San Juan, Puerto Rico, under a forty-year lease with the Puerto Rico Ports Authority. As Puerto Rico's largest airport, SJU serves as the island’s main international gateway and a vital connection to the continental United States and the region. Handling over 13 million passengers annually and over 30 airlines, it is the island's primary air travel hub and a key point for air cargo transportation. Aerostar is dedicated to enhancing and upgrading the airport, ensuring efficient operations and excellent passenger experiences. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in San Juan for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will support leadership by managing calendars, schedules, and communications. Responsibilities include organizing meetings, preparing expense reports, coordinating administrative tasks, and providing high-quality executive support. The role also requires maintaining confidentiality, ensuring operational efficiency, and handling correspondence and inquiries effectively. Qualifications Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and general Administrative AssistanceProficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports and supporting executive-level operational needsExceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for correspondence and interaction with internal and external stakeholdersExperience in Executive Support, including calendar management and schedulingAbility to maintain discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality in all tasksBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferredFamiliarity with office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling software)Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities
