The Role We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join a technology distribution company based in South East Melbourne. This is a full-time permanent role offering a supportive environment, and long-term stability. In this role, you'll provide administrative support to the sales team, process sales orders, manage customer communications, and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams. ResponsibilitiesProcess sales orders, quotes, and customer requests accurately and efficientlyMaintain communication between sales, warehouse, and customersManage the sales inbox, handle enquiries, and assist with order trackingSupport the sales team with general administration and reportingAbout You1-2 years' experience in administration, customer service, or sales supportAttention to detail and excellent written/verbal communicationConfident, friendly, and proactive with strong organisational skillsDriver's licence and car preferably (free on-site parking)If you're bubbly, customer-focused, and have a passion for admin, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career.
